| Once you have decided to purchase one of our products please provide us with your information on the contact page contact page It is important you provide all information requested. This will enable us to calculate the postage and packaging costs. We will then send an invoice to you for the total amount due. |
| The total amount due figure is calculated as follows: |
| [cost of product(s)] + [postage and packaging costs] + [admin fee*] = [Grand total you pay] |
* Our products are (sterling GBP). If you wish to pay for a product in your local currency a small percentage fee is applied to cover costs for doing so. |

| We also accept MASTERCARD & VISA Credit cards with 3% admin cost. (sorry about this but taking cards has got more expensive, involves more time, and has resulted in greater loss from fraud than other methods of payment, the alternative is not to offer the service at all and we do offer other forms of payment) Please give us all details including expiry date and the three digit security code at the end of the signature strip. |

1. Please always give us a daytime contact telephone number with your address if possible when ordering. The carriers require this. (we do not share information) 2. Since 1 June 2005 Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable to any of our sales and there should be no import taxes due in any EU country on receipt of items sold by us. As none of our sales are liable to British value added tax and therefore no tax can be reclaimed for export. 3. It is a condition of sale that all items on this list remain our property until the FULL purchase price and cost of transport to the buyers delivery address are received by us. 8.Compensation for lost or damaged parcels is limited to a maximum of the purchase price and cost of transport paid to us. For a valid claim, notification of delayed or damaged parcels must be made to us in reasonable time and evidence of damage retained including packaging. Extra insurance must be requested in writing and paid for in advance by the purchaser. |
